Rates and delivery times
Shipping cost and the delivery estimate for your address are calculated at checkout, before you pay. They vary by item, because a set of outdoor rugs and a six person barrel sauna do not travel the same way.
Large items ship by freight
Pergolas, gazebos, saunas, greenhouses and large furniture sets are heavy and ship on a pallet by freight carrier rather than by parcel courier. For freight deliveries:
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Someone needs to be there.
- Delivery is curbside unless the product page says otherwise. The driver is not expected to carry a pallet into your backyard.
- Plan for help moving it. A pergola kit is not a one person lift.
Check it before you sign
Inspect the pallet for visible damage before you sign for it. If something looks crushed, torn or short, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph it before the driver leaves. This one step is the difference between an easy claim and a hard one.
Split shipments
If you order a large structure and smaller accessories together, they will usually arrive separately and on different days. That is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
